Seventy 30 are a, you guessed it, UK startup business who specialise in fitness and nutritional coaching. Predomently, Seventy 30 focus on the nutritional aspect of your overall health journey. This is reflected in the brand name ‘Seventy 30’ – which means seventy percent of your overal goal will come from nutrition and the other 30 will come from the actual efforts in the gym / the exercise you do.
