Over2Aus is a dual audience marketing-powerhouse that connects backpackers (who are looking travel to Australia) with employers across Australia who are desperate for workers. The business has since evolved into a backpacker hub that travelers can use to save money on fun aussie activities (skydiving, base hostels and more), lodge their working holiday visas and explore thinge to do in Aus.

Our challenge was to create something that our audience wanted to use. We opted for a slick user interface with several categories to explore from. Each audience is separated so we can send them the most relevant information via email and sms to increase engagement.

This allows users to check their eligibility for the visa before it is submitted. This reduces the level of enquiry traffic and also acts as a free tool for the user.

We helped Over2Aus manage their ever-growing job pool by uploading job listings, student courses. The site is also designed for grid and list viewing.

We use outseta as our membership portal which allows us to broadcast emails to users, along with setup drip feeds to keep Over2Aus at the users from of mind while reflecting the brands fun, light-hearted attitude throughout all communications.

Since running paid ads, with our partner paddle ads, Over2Aus has seen an influx of enquiries and CV submissions and is now on the road to being one of Australia’s leading travel and recruitment business.
